World Development Group consulting services generally operate as follows:

• A senior consultant discusses, without obligation to the prospective client, the purpose and scope of the prospective engagement. If applicable, World Development Group sends the prospective client a Letter of Understanding (LOU) describing our understanding of the engagement.
• We assemble the consulting engagement team (CET) by selecting from among consultants in our network, or, if necessary adding consultants to, our network; we also provides any staff support necessary to complete the engagement.
• We submit a letter of engagement (LOE), or proposal, in relevant detail, to the prospective client.
• On execution of the LOE, we assemble the selected members of the CET and begins work.
• During the engagement, at least monthly, we discuss progress with the client and recommend any changes to plans.
• To complete the engagement, we submit a final report (or other deliverable specified in the LOE).
• After submission and/or presentation of the final report, we ask the client to evaluate consultants' performance and to provide other relevant feedback for purposes of continuous quality improvement.
