Health Information Technology Projects
World Development Group has completed a wide variety of projects
related to health information technology development and deployment. They include
the following projects:
- Designed successive generations of CEPRP: Civilian External
Peer Review Program, to assess routinely the quality of care at military medical
treatment facilities; the world's first computerized system for this purpose
— for the US Department of Defense, as a subcontractor to various prime
contractors.
- Designed and guided a comprehensive continuous quality improvement
(CQI) system (including training and on-going consultation regarding the use
of CQI information to improve business processes) for CDAC: Clinical Data
Abstraction Centers — for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services,
as a subcontractor to FMAS Corporation.
- Prepared an electronic medical record and information automation
strategy — for a leading managed care organization.
- Developed a strategy to design and deploy the next generation
of electronic medical records — for a leading electronic health record
company.
