• Maintains in a network of expert consultants who are available for short- and long-term engagements.
• Adds to the network only those consultants who meet our experience qualifications. We review the information they submit and determine the types of engagements and the level of work each consultant is qualified to perform for clients.
• Updates a database of consultant information to facilitate matching client requirements' to consultants' experience.
• At the conclusion of each engagement, asks the client's representative to evaluate consultants' performance and to provide other relevant feedback. We use this information to determine which consultants should remain in our network and to assign them to client engagement teams.
